User Guide

Welcome to the Claw Wallet User Guide. This comprehensive manual walks you through essential daily operations step-by-step. Learn how to securely bind and take over your wallet, set up Two-Factor Authentication, manage cross-chain transfers, and configure advanced risk policies. Follow the visual instructions below to master your wallet.

Bind Wallet

Follow these steps to claim your agent-created wallet and securely take it over to your frontend account.

1

Enter UID

Locate the exact wallet UID provided by your agent and enter it into the binding page.

2

Bind Wallet

Copy the command generated on the page to your agent to complete the binding process.

4

Passkey/PIN

Click "Continue with Passkey". Use Passkey PRF, or if unavailable, click "Use PIN Instead".

3

Start Step 3

Check the wallet status to ensure it is bound to your frontend account.

Wallet Takeover Complete

Your wallet is successfully bound to your frontend account with full cryptographic control.

Bind 2FA

Secure your account by adding Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Open Settings

Navigate to the Settings page from your dashboard.

Scan QR Code

Download an Authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator) on your phone and scan the provided QR code.

Enter Authorization Code

Input the 6-digit code generated by your app to complete the 2FA binding.

2FA Secured

Your account is now protected with Two-Factor Authentication.

Export Private Keys

Securely back up your private keys for safekeeping or importing into other wallets.

Navigate to the Wallet menu under your selected wallet.

Locate the Export Private Keys module and click the Export button.

Enter your PIN code or verify your Passkey. A modal will pop up displaying the raw private keys for your different chains.

Private Keys Exported

Store these keys in a secure, offline location.

Unlock Sandbox

If your agent triggers a risk policy and the sandbox gets locked, you can manually reactivate it here.

Go to the Wallet menu and locate the Sandbox Status module.

Click the Unlock button.

Wait for the status indicator to change to active. The sandbox is now unlocked.

Sandbox Unlocked

Your agent can now execute operations normally.

Transfer & Balance

Manage your assets, broadcast transactions, and review your cross-chain portfolio. You can do this via the website interface or directly through Agent commands.

Send a Transfer

  • Go to the Wallet menu and click Transfer.
  • Enter the Recipient address, Amount, and verify via Passkey (or enter your PIN if Passkey is not set).
  • Click Simulate Transfer to preview the transaction details and gas fees.
  • Click Broadcast Transaction to execute it on-chain.
Via Agent Command

You can simply tell your agent:

TypeScript
Transfer 10 USDC to 0x123... on Base

Check Balances & History

  • Locate the All Chains module in your Wallet menu.
  • View your aggregated asset balances across multiple networks.
  • Click on any specific chain's address to open the official block explorer (e.g., Etherscan) and view historical transactions.
Via Agent Command

You can ask your agent directly:

TypeScript
What is my current balance across all chains?

Risk Control Settings

Set boundaries for your agent to prevent unauthorized large spending. If the agent exceeds these metrics, the sandbox will lock immediately.

Navigate to Menu

Navigate to the Risk Control menu for your wallet.

Adjust Limits

Adjust your spending limits or metrics, then click Apply Changes.

Authorize & Apply

In the "Authorize Policy Change" pop-up, click Authorize & Apply to finalize the new rules.

Policy Applied

Your agent is now restricted by the newly configured spending limits.

Address Management

Manage whitelists and blacklists to strictly control transfer permissions.

Click the Address menu under your wallet.

Click the Add address button. Select the desired chain and paste the target address.

Click Add to save.
Rule: Transfers to whitelisted addresses do not require secondary confirmation. Transfers to non-whitelisted addresses will trigger a secondary confirmation.

Address Whitelisted

Transfers to this address are now permitted.
